During 2009-10, for ISOPOM administrative approval of 63.05 was received from Govt.. An expenditure of Rs. 38.56 lac was incurred to implement various components of the scheme. To popularize different seed varieties during the year 2009-10, 18499 seed minikits of raya sarson are distributed free of cost. 89 plots (5 hect. each) were covered under block demonstration plots of groundnut, soyabean, toria and sunflower. 25 plots(10 hect. each) were covered under IPM demonstration plots. To provide training and technical know how to farmers 47 training camps were organized. 1982 Plant Protection equipments and 1927 hectares were covered under supply of Plant Protection Chemicals. 2 Officers Training Courses were also organized .
